CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for my schedule and other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 30% of the service total. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability, and may still be subject to the cancellation fee. All card information on file is subject to this policy when booking an appointment. I understand that life happens, and I always do my best to be fair while also respecting the time set aside for your skin health and results.
